SENIOR FOREMAN – CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in managing crews, coordinating site activities, and delivering projects to the highest standard of quality and safety.

• Lead and supervise civil construction crews on site
• Coordinate daily activities, ensuring projects run on time and within budget
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve challenges and meet project goals
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive site culture
