Description RETAL PA, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Forklift Operator to support our overnight warehouse and production operations. This role serves as a key leader during night shift hours, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuity of operations in the absence of day management. The ideal candidate is a skilled forklift operator with strong leadership abilities, a commitment to safety, and experience working independently. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate forklift and material handling operations during night shift. Serve as the primary operational contact for overnight warehouse activities. Pull, stage, and prioritize orders for shipment and production. Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and aisle compliance. Operate forklifts and clamp trucks using best safety practices. Conduct daily equipment inspections and oversee preventive maintenance. Train, mentor, and support night shift forklift operators. Monitor workflow, productivity, and attendance issues. Maintain accurate documentation and system entries. Communicate shift handoffs and operational updates to day shift leadership. Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 4–5 years of forklift/warehouse experience. Prior night shift or independent shift experience preferred. Forklift certification (Clamp & Sit-Down) required. Valid Driver’s License. Strong safety record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift. Frequently lift up to 10 lbs.; occasionally up to 25lbs. Ability to operate industrial equipment safely.
