Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity. This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate across departments, gather essential data, and provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions Key Responsibilities:Develop, update, and maintain financial reports, including P&L statements, budgets, cost analysis, CAPEX reports, FCF tracking, and savings analysisProvide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by corporate and business stakeholdersUtilize Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level to automate reports, analyze data, and create dynamic financial modelsCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary financial data, ensuring accuracy and completenessEnsure financial reports align with US GAAP and IFRS standardsMonitor and assess business performance metrics, providing recommendations based on financial insightsAssist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting rolesStrong knowledge of P&L statements, cost structures, budgeting, and financial analysisHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualizationExperience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferredBasic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principlesAdditional InformationWe offer:Attractive salary packageWorkplace & work hours flexibilityStructured learning and development / Mentoring program International environment Events such as International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc. A growing and welcoming team with good spirit!Who we are! - Our Story:Every voice.
