The FP&A will serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and support data-driven decision-making. This role takes full ownership of the actuals and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals. By delivering insightful financial reports and applying strong analytical and communication skills, the Analyst will enhance data integrity, promote financial stewardship, and contribute to sustainable business growth. "1. Strategic Business Partnering : Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders. Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and influence strategic decisions. 2. Ownership of Actuals & Forecasting : Take full responsibility for preparing monthly actuals and forecast packages for consolidation. Lead the monthly forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. Analyze trends and variances to support business reviews and planning cycles. 3. Financial Communication & Reporting : Compile and deliver comprehensive financial reports, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. Facilitate effective communication of financial results and forecasts across teams and leadership. 4. Data Quality & Process Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance data quality in financial systems, enabling accurate invoicing and efficient cash collection. Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and monitor outcomes. 5. Financial Reporting & Standardization : Prepare end-to-end monthly financial reports for the division and drive standardization of reporting formats. Conduct meaningful variance analysis to support performance management. 6. Profitability Analysis & Profit Plan Preparation : Support site/division controllers with monthly profitability reviews. Lead the preparation of the annual profit plan, including timeline coordination, template creation, data collection, consolidation, and in-depth analysis to guide strategic planning. 7. Financial Governance : Promote strong financial stewardship by controlling costs, improving forecast accuracy, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and ensuring robust internal controls. 8. Ad Hoc Financial Support : Coordinate and respond to ad hoc financial requests across the region, delivering timely and relevant analysis. 9. Additional Analysis : Perform other financial analyses as assigned to support business initiatives and continuous improvement." BS/BA in Finance or Accounting "* Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and generating insights. Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to support cross-functional collaboration. Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis; proficient in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations. Hands-on experience with financial systems and BI tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a mindset for continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives, showing readiness for future leadership roles. Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect financial insights to operational strategies."
