Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial strategy, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making across our portfolio of high-growth companies. You will work closely with the Director of FP&A, building financial models, conducting variance analysis, and developing insightful dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
You will be instrumental in streamlining financial processes, enhancing forecasting capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build & maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, ensuring financial clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop insightful reporting & dashboards that provide key stakeholders with actionable insights on business performance.
  • Own forecasting & budgeting processes by partnering with the Director of FP&A to drive financial planning and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance, identify risks, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and leadership, to align financial insights with strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis by conducting deep-dive assessments into key business drivers to shape data-backed strategies.
  • Improve & automate financial processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation tools, and optimizing data flows to enhance FP&A operations.
