Stellenbeschreibung

• You analyze the financial performance of the group segments to challenge the business controllers & to challenge accounting to enhance posting accuracy
• You extend and automate Enpal’s Cost and Management Reports including refinements of cost allocations & cost re-charges to enhance the company financial steering.
• You manage different stakeholders through the reporting process to ensure high quality performance dialogues and continuous improvement of Finance products, processes and tools for financial steering.
• You create training material and train Finance and Business stakeholders on cost and management reporting.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree as a top 10% business administration graduate, ideally with a specialization in Finance.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up, investment banking, or management consulting).
• You have a strong interest in building businesses and a pronounced desire to learn new things.
• You embody determination, a high level of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility, you don’t stop in case of unforeseen changes but accept the challenge and execute.
• You enjoy working in a solution-oriented and data-driven manner to make operational decisions or derive recommendations for action.
• You are a fast learner, flexible, resilient, humble, possess a strong work ethic, and have a high degree of integrity.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
