We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy. In this role, you will partner across the business to provide data-driven insights, build forecasting models, and deliver reporting that supports leadership in making informed decisions. • Maintain and develop the business model, ensuring accurate budgeting, re-forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze and interpret weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (including P&L actuals and Cash Flow statements), providing insights and recommending actions to support management decision-making
• Partner with department heads to implement data-driven budget controls, enhance decision-making, and align financial planning with company objectives
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide commentary on business drivers
• Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives (e.g., new product launches, market entries)
• Lead ad-hoc financial modeling (e.g. cost reduction initiatives, new business verticals assessment)
