Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. You will play a meaningful role in financial planning and forecasting, management reporting, data quality initiatives and analysis, and other projects. The role offers opportunities to engage in cross-functional collaboration on both local and global projects to expand your expertise and partner with other stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Planning & Forecasting Prepare annual financial plan, quarterly forecasts, and other project-based plans in coordination with the FP&A team and other team leads Develop and refine financial models to support strategic business initiatives and projects Management Reporting Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad hoc basis Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, including performance tracking against plan and latest forecasts Track KPIs and provide financial summaries to inform finance and business leadership Business Partnering Partner with other functions to provide transparency on costs and develop detailed cost ownership and consciousness Process Improvement Participate in initiatives to improve financial data accuracy and consistency across systems and processes Collaborate with finance, accounts payable, and procurement to ensure data is properly maintained and enhanced WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in FP&A or Business Partner role, ideally within the trading, financial services or technology industry Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis Advanced Excel skills, experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) required Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance related audiences Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities WHAT YOU WILL GET You’ll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, where you’ll be surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem solvers.
