About the role Pestie is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in supporting our finance team and helping drive strategic business decisions. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, and forward-thinking, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers a clear path to FP&A Manager for the right candidate, providing exposure to fast-growing e-commerce operations and high-impact decision-making. What you'll do Monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the executive team. Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on deviations from budgets and forecasts. Support ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and new projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand financial drivers and impact on results. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting tools. Assist in preparing presentations for the executive team and board meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in e-commerce or fast-growth companies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with ERP or financial planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar). Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
