• Design and further development of group-wide forecasting and financial planning processes
• Developing high-performance financial models as a basis for strategic and operational decisions
• Identification of value drivers, opportunities and risks through the analysis of financial and operational key figures.
• Development of uniform forecasting standards and implementation of best practices in performance management
• Close collaboration with the business units to promote a modern, data-driven planning culture
• Providing meaningful decision-making information for management and relevant stakeholders
• Participation in the introduction and further development of modern planning and EPM tools within the framework of the Finance Transformation

• Successfully completed studies in the field of finance, business administration, accounting or a comparable subject area.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance or financial analysis
• Solid knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis and performance management
• Strong skills in financial modeling and a deep understanding of the relationships between operational and financial indicators.
• Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with EPM tools, Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• You work independently, think analytically, and impress with your ability to engage different stakeholders and actively drive change.
