Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in Bath on the recruitment of a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team on a full time and permanent basis. Our client adopts a hybrid working model, requiring you on site in a central Bath office 3 days per week.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support financial planning and analysis across a fast-growing retail group. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and deliver insights to guide commercial decisions.

• Collaborate with regional leaders to provide accurate reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using FP&A software and tools such as ERP systems, Excel and SQL.
• Assist in preparing executive level financial reports and strategic analysis.
• Deliver insights that impact profitability and support business growth.
