JOB OVERVIEW

REPORTS TO: Director, Corporate Finance
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Finance and working with the VP, Finance, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and decision-making processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background who enjoys working cross-functionally and is comfortable taking ownership of reporting and modeling tasks. You will help improve the company’s financial visibility by developing forecasts, analyzing results, and providing insights that guide our business strategy and supporting acquisition integration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Power BI, or other ERP/reporting tools).
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
