SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY - $135K

Roessel Joy has partnered with a full-service construction management firm in Norfolk Country, MA who is seeking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position is 4 days a week onsite – after 90 days of training full time onsite. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong financial analysis abilities and is a great communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Perform risk assessments and variance analysis
• Partner with teams to deliver actionable insights
• Present recommendations to leadership
• Identify improvements and support strategic planning

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ROLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• 3-5+ Years of Financial Analysis Experience Required
• Construction or Project-Based Industry Experience Required
• Advanced Excel Experience & Financial Modeling Experience
