Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Financial Planning: Own the annual budgeting process and facilitate the development of long-term financial plans—aligning financial resources with company priorities and helping shape our strategic direction with clarity, structure, and foresight.
  • Performance Monitoring & Quarterly Reviews: Drive the quarterly business review process and provide ongoing performance tracking—analyzing results against targets, identifying trends and variances, and surfacing actionable insights to inform timely, data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights, evaluate strategic initiatives, and guide key decisions with robust financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to market leads and department heads—helping teams understand the financial impact of their decisions and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Investment Evaluation: Drive in-depth financial analysis for major initiatives and investments, ensuring the long-term sustainability and scalability of our growth.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams—including Commercial, Product, Marketing, and People—to support informed decision-making and create transparency around financial performance.
