Due to business growth, we’re recruiting for a commercially driven Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across our ANZ operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, this pivotal leadership role will define the FP&A ways of working for ANZ and act as a critical bridge between Accounting and FP&A, Enabling Functions and Brand Business Partners, and the country and regional FP&A teams. You’ll play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering strategic insights, and building a high-performing finance function that enables growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the ANZ planning cycle ensuring that any financial updates are presented with recommendations to senior leadership Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data Budgeting & Forecasting Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement levers Partner with Strategy and Brand teams on multi-year planning Performance & Business Partnering Partner cross-functionally (Brand, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, HR) to deliver actionable insights Monitor KPIs, guide corrective actions, and reinforce budget governance Governance & Continuous Improvement Ensure strong financial controls and SOX compliance Partner with Accounting on accurate period-end close Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring: Strong FP&A expertise with advanced modelling and analytical capability Deep understanding of financial governance, risk, and SOX controls Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with proven leadership capability About You: CA or CPA qualified Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior FP&A or similar leadership role Experience in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce) highly regarded Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with shared services structures Why Join Us?
