Your role
Corpay is currently looking to hire a (Senior) FP&A Manager within our Plugsurfing division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business and is located in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and evolving our FP&A processes—leading monthly reporting and forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic financial insights and decisions. You will report directly to the Finance Director and regularly collaborate with our accounting team in the US, Regional Finance team in the UK, and internal stakeholders across departments.
What you’ll be doing
As a (Senior) FP&A Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Berlin office
- Company-issued equipment: laptop, monitor, and accessories + remote access for the Home Office Days
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting in collaboration with the accounting team
- Aligning local finance processes with Corpay’s global finance standards and practices
- Working closely with US and UK finance teams on financial reporting and forecasting
- Building and maintaining robust budgeting and forecasting models
- Leading the budgeting cycle for Plugsurfing and supporting cost control measures
- Creating clear, actionable financial reports and performance analysis
- Partnering with Leadership Team to identify savings opportunities and manage spending
- Managing financial planning tools and continuously improving data handling processes
- Supporting ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365) improvement initiatives and internal finance optimization
- Contributing to cross-functional projects and promoting a strong finance culture
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling, ideally in an international company
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS or US GAAP)
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets across systems
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365, Navision, or Business Central is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable—especially during month-end close
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
- Excellent communicator and confident collaborator across teams and geographies
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German, Swedish, or Polish is a plus
- Professional finance qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA) are a strong advantage
