Description The Senior FP&A Manager will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis function of a dynamic organization. This position is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, managing budgeting processes, and supporting decision-making through detailed financial modeling and analysis. The FP&A Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial reporting. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a private equity-backed environment. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
