Description
Responsible for leading complex financial planning processes, consolidating strategic analyses, and providing direct financial advisory to senior leadership. Lead the full financial planning cycle: forecasting, budgeting, and medium/long-term projections. Coordinate financial performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive recommendations. Manage cross-functional financial projects with regional or corporate impact. Develop advanced dashboards and executive reports for decision-makers. Act as a business partner with strategic areas (sales, marketing, operations). Evaluate investment cases, product profitability, mergers, acquisitions, and/or expansions. Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all critical financial information. Lead the implementation of improvements in financial processes, automation, and standardization. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within multinational companies. Advanced English Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience using Oracle Hyperion and SAP. Applied knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and financial automation is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Leadership without authority, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation. Functional Knowledge: Technical expert; applies financial knowledge to highly complex contexts. Business Expertise: Understands the commercial environment, financial impact, and how to influence strategic decisions.
