Persian Horizon is a leading company in the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry, managing a network of beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, yoga & wellness centers.
We are expanding our operations through a strong franchise model and are seeking a visionary Senior Franchise Development & Operations Manager to join our executive leadership team.
This role is a full-time, senior-level position based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to shape and scale a multi-vertical franchise business that includes beauty salons, sports clubs, yoga studios, and aesthetic clinics.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in franchise development, business operations, or senior management within beauty, wellness, fitness, or service industries.
Successful track record in at least 3 franchise/business expansion projects (beauty, healthcare, hospitality, or related).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, franchise management systems, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Franchise Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic franchise expansion plans across UAE and GCC, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, negotiate franchise agreements, and build long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all franchise units, setting KPIs and ensuring each branch meets its sales and customer acquisition targets.
Talent Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment, training, and performance management of specialized staff to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Product Sourcing & Supply Chain: Establish a robust supply chain to deliver products at competitive prices while maintaining high quality.
Omnichannel Sales Development: Launch and manage hybrid sales channels, including in-salon retail, online shop, and home service offerings.
Marketing & Lead Generation: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to attract new leads and increase customer retention.
Training & Certification Programs: Implement training courses and issue recognized certifications to franchise staff, ensuring professional standards.
Performance Monitoring: Standardize operational procedures, monitor compliance, and provide regular performance reports to the Board.
