We are expanding our domestic freight brokerage and are seeking an experienced Senior Truckload Freight Broker to take on a leadership role within our team. This is a management position for a highly skilled professional who has a proven track record in truckload brokerage, specifically in dry van and flatbed freight.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Truckload Brokerage, specifically in dry van and flatbed freight
• Strong carrier network and industry relationships in domestic truckload operations.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and make data-driven decisions for pricing and load planning.
• Expert-level knowledge of truckload brokerage operations, carrier compliance, and freight pricing.
• Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—along with a sharp attention to detail.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in rate negotiation and contract management.

• Develop and expand our Approved Brokerage Carrier Network with top-tier dry van and flatbed carriers.
• Strategically grow our truckload brokerage business, leveraging experience and industry relationships.
• Provide hands-on coaching and oversight to freight brokers, ensuring operational excellence.
• Work closely with Logistics Specialists to support challenging lanes and high-priority shipments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations.
• Handle high-level sales support for key client accounts, showcasing our domestic freight capabilities.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by optimizing carrier relationships, pricing strategies, and load coverage.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and team collaboration.
