ABOUT THE ROLE

SoFi at Work is our B2B platform designed to help partner organizations support their employees’ financial well-being at every stage of life. Our mission is to help members achieve financial independence through tools, resources, and expert guidance.
We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer who’s passionate about building fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. In this role, you’ll take the lead on crafting high-quality front-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the technical direction of our financial wellness platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant UIs using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Translate designs and user stories into maintainable, high-quality code
• Collaborate on technical architecture and product direction
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster strong engineering practices
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver new features
• Ensure production-ready code that meets scalability and reliability standards
• Drive projects from inception to launch in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
