SUMMARY

As a Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into functional, high-quality code, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Backend Engineers, to create responsive, high-performance, and visually stunning web applications. Your work will ensure that Deel’s customers have an intuitive, seamless, and engaging experience across all platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer in the below technologies
• Excellent JavaScript knowledge in front end libraries, especially React.js, both with class and functional components and hooks.
• Master in JavaScript syntax, and in front end essentials such as HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Node.js and at least one other server side language such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP or .Net.
• Strong experience with state management packages such as Mobx and Redux
• Deep understanding of designing, writing, running, maintaining and debugging applications across the whole stack in one or more of the technologies listed above

• Work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to build exceptional products.
• Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to deployment, contributing valuable insights at each stage.
• Collaborate closely with team members to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve Deel’s products, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Actively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs to maintain Deel’s fast-paced development standards (DeelSpeed).
• Ensure a seamless, white-glove user experience for our customers across all front-end touchpoints.
