WHERE YOU COME IN:

We are looking to hire a driven and talented Senior Front-end Software Engineer to join our development team. Ideal candidates will have a long track record of broadly-based dev skills, project successes, positive and constructive attitudes and can balance the demands of the software development lifecycle with their team.
Our web application stack is mostly Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, API development, cloud technologies and products (Amazon Web Services). Along with these technologies, we are looking for a solid foundation of software design principles and a positive, collaborative attitude. (That last one is non-optional). We are passionate about electronic music and culture and hope you are too!
This role requires eligibility to live and work in Poland without sponsorship and speak fluent Polish.
The successful Senior Front-end Software Engineer can be localized in Lodz (Poland) or work hybrid mix mode: 80% remote, 20% office with possibility for more flexibility if living further from the office.
This is a high impact role in a growing company. You’ll work directly with your team lead and Product Owner to plan and execute our software development goals every quarter. You’ll work alongside the product team to understand and translate their vision into working software.

• Developing software on a daily basis throughout our stack
• Ownership of your assigned tasks until they are complete
• Collaborating with the product owner on a frequent basis regarding features and user stories
• Participating in sprint planning, feature demonstrations, and contributing to the best practices of your team

As a Senior Front-end Software Engineer you will require:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React and its ecosystem (state management, hooks, component design)
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Willingness to learn and work with Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus) within a Rails-driven environment. Prior experience with Rails is not mandatory but is a strong plus
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Proficiency in working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
