We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to work on our Oneflow product, a platform that makes it easier to create, send and sign digital documents using electronic signatures. Our teams focus on collaborative problem-solving, valuing open discussions and data-driven decisions to guide their approach, continuously improving our users experience. We encourage our developers to take a strong sense of ownership in their work, knowing that their contributions have a significant impact. Furthermore our developers are involved in every stage of the product development, from feature planning to release, ensuring they have a direct role in shaping our product’s success.

WHO YOU ARE

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Oneflow, you will play a key role in developing and improving our web applications, taking ownership and accountability for the creation of new features and the improvement of existing ones. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in React and Node.js who can ensure that our product meets customer needs while maintaining high performance and reliability. You will lead by example, setting and maintaining best practices while actively coaching your teammates. You will collaborate closely as a Product Trio - developer(s), Product Manager(s) and UX designer(s) - in all stages of product development, from discovery to follow-up and optimisation of released capabilities. Besides proficiency in general frontend development, a deep understanding of Javascript module bundlers and build pipelines in CI/CD environments is essential. Additionally, experience with testing frameworks and tools is required.
