This role is primarily focused on React, Next.js, NX-based front-end development, with exposure to .NET Core API integrations, Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and Sitecore Headless/JSS platforms.

• Required Skills & Experience:12+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized engineering teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js
• Next.js
• TypeScript
• NX Workspace / Monorepo Architecture
• Experience integrating with .NET Core APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of Azure services including:
• Azure App Insights
• Azure Storage
• Azure SQL / Database Services
