We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Customer Growth team in Helsinki HQ. You can also work remotely from Finland, Ireland, UK, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, and Portugal.
The Customer Growth Team is responsible for mission-critical product areas, ensuring customers have reliable access and managing their purchasing and payment experiences. They also own the integrations between our products and internal sales, marketing, and finance tools to keep all information synced and reliable.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE…

  • Working on our purchasing flows to showcase the value of the product, improve conversion rates, grow ARR and improve customer stickiness.
  • Improving user experience related to subscription management – allowing customers to modify their subscriptions along their journey to best fit their needs.
  • Guiding the customers across their journey with Supermetrics: from trialing the product to the first purchase and supporting them further.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

  • Developing the user interfaces of our products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Managing and planning new initiatives and features.
  • Close collaboration and interaction with backend engineers and designers.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with your colleagues.
  • Optimize the user experience by improving load times, and ensuring smooth interaction.
  • Use, evolve, and collaborate on improvements to our design system.
