Description

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.
We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.
Join EY and help to build a better working world.
As a developer at the EY Tech Collective, you will create tax and law software products aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction. Our team assists thousands of clients with accurate and compliant tax filings and guides multinational companies through the complexities of international tax. To achieve high accuracy and efficiency, effective processes and robust software are essential. We operate across the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway) within a small, flat, and informal organization of around 45 engineers, designers, researchers, and project managers. Our distributed setup allows team members to work from home or in offices based on personal preferences.
While our focus is on tax filings and tax law, an interest in these areas is beneficial. Actual experience in tax is a plus but not a requirement, as the intersection of senior engineers with professional tax experience is quite small. We prioritize collaboration with well-rounded individuals who are both specialized and capable of working across disciplines.
