Your tasks About the job Job Profile: Senior Software Engineer (Frontend / Web) Zagreb About the job F24 is Europe's leading crisis management SaaS platform, trusted by governments, airlines, banks, and Fortune 500s in over 100 countries. The TopEase platform is at the heart of our GRC offering, providing modern web-based tools for process modelling, analysis, and optimisation. As part of our growing Zagreb Tech Centre, we are expanding our frontend capabilities to further enhance the TopEase Web platform. Why F24? You'll be working on technology that genuinely matters. Our frontend engineers develop and maintain modern web applications on top of the Web3 platform. The focus is on usability, performance, and continuous improvement of the user experience. You'll be part of a team delivering new features, improving existing components, and ensuring the platform keeps up with evolving standards and security requirements. You Develop and maintain our core Web3 platform using modern JavaScript and native Web Components Design and implement new platform capabilities and customer-facing features Develop automated tests and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture Build and maintain REST APIs and work extensively with JSON-based data structures Upgrade dependencies and resolve compatibility, security and deprecation-related issues Analyse, refactor and modernise existing frontend components Improve usability and user experience across the platform Develop web applications based on the TopEase platform Manage development tasks and technical documentation within YouTrack Build expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and the TopEase product landscape Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA and Engineering teams across Europe What You'll Bring Strong frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES5/ES6+) Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations Experience with professional build and dependency management tools such as npm, Rollup, Ant or Ivy Strong commitment to high-quality, performant and maintainable code Analytical mindset with a proactive and autonomous approach to problem solving Experience developing and maintaining automated tests B.Sc. in Software Development or equivalent practical experience Very good English skills; German is a plus Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe Nice to Have Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-powered solutions A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices Hands-on experience with automated testing approaches (Unit, Integration, E2E) Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices Experience working with XML and XPath Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as JenkinsTools & Technologies Tech Stack JavaScript (ES5/ES6+) | HTML5 | CSS3 | Native Web Components | REST APIs | JSON | npm | Rollup | Ant | Ivy | YouTrack | IntelliJ IDEA | Subversion (SVN) Om jobben You Your future team Contact Kontakt oss About us What we do: F24 is Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for resilience. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the core Web3 platform using modern JavaScript and native Web Components to enhance the TopEase GRC platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, refactor existing components, and ensure high performance and security.
