• Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers .

• Collaborating closely with your squad to deliver product and engineering goals.
• Building high-quality, maintainable, and reusable frontend systems .
• Providing technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and promoting best practices.
• Helping defines and drive initiatives with high impact — especially those that serve the public good.
• Setting up engineering tools and practices that foster a culture of craftsmanship and high performance.
• Proactively managing external dependencies and working across teams as needed.
• Co-creating and evolving technical roadmaps with other engineering leaders to align with long-term business and product goals.
