This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer, React.js in EMEA India. In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality web applications that support a global user base. Acting as a technical reference on frontend development, you will influence architecture decisions, introduce best practices, and ensure a seamless user experience across the platform. Accountabilities: • Partner with backend engineers, product teams, designers and QA to build robust, user-centric frontend functionality. • Contribute at every stage of the software development lifecycle, from discovery to deployment. • Develop high-quality features using TypeScript, React.js, modern UI patterns and state management tools. • Continuously improve performance, usability, and reliability across the application. • Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring a smooth and stable customer experience. • Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural consistency. • Support cross-team initiatives to optimize tooling, workflows, and engineering standards. • 7+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack engineer with strong expertise in TypeScript, React.js, HTML and CSS. • Deep understanding of React class components, functional components and React Hooks. • Solid knowledge of state management libraries and modern frontend architecture. • Familiarity with backend concepts, ideally with experience in Node.js. • Ability to design, implement, test and maintain complex web applications. • Comfortable working in distributed, remote-first teams with strong communication skills. • Customer-focused mindset with a structured, optimistic approach to problem-solving. • Ownership mentality, independence, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team. • Passion for building performant, scalable and impactful digital products.
