Based in Singapore, the Full-Stack Cloud Developer will be part of the Life Sciences R&D team and will contribute to designing, developing, and shipping a first-of-its-kind turn-key integration solution for business and manufacturing systems for the Life Sciences Industry. This solution will revolutionize how these systems integrate with business processes, featuring cutting-edge information architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes, and data transformation. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Design and implement scalable, cloud-ready software solutions that align with business and manufacturing integration needs. Translate complex requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-performing features. Build cloud-native APIs and services optimized for deployment and operation within Microsoft Azure. Implement robust data models, developing and maintaining data integration and transformation processes to support seamless connectivity between systems. Apply secure coding, SOLID principles, and clean architecture while adopting cloud-native patterns such as microservices, domain boundaries, and event-driven design to deliver scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade cloud systems. Ensure efficient and reliable deployments through well-structured CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, collaborating with DevOps teams to maintain automation and release quality. Maintain disciplined development practices with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, collaboration, and ownership - managing ambiguity effectively to deliver reliable, production-grade outcomes. Mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable results. Who You Are: You adapt quickly to changing conditions. You look beyond the obvious and don’t stop at the first answers. You find and champion the best creative ideas and actively move them into implementation. You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. For This Role, You Will Need: 8-10 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in business or manufacturing system integration projects. Proficiency in .NET 6/7/8 (C#) with ASP.NET Core Web API, and front-end development using React (TypeScript) or Angular. Experience deploying and operating applications in Azure Cloud, with familiarity in App Service, AKS, Azure SQL, or Azure Storage. Understanding of secure coding practices, SOLID principles, and clean architecture, with exposure to cloud-native patterns such as microservices and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and integration across multiple systems. Awareness of ETL concepts such as data ingestion, transformation, and workflow management, along with familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts for containerized deployments. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Advanced degree or equivalent experience, ideally complemented by exposure to complex software or R&D product development. Hands-on experience with Azure-native services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Service Bus, or Event Hub). Experience working in a SAFe Agile or other Agile frameworks within an Azure DevOps environment. Domain knowledge in Life Sciences or manufacturing system integration (LIMS, MES, DCS, or recipe management).
