• Proven full stack development expertise (5+ years) with experience in both front-end (React, Next.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js, Python, .NET or similar) technologies.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), APIs, and cloud services (e.g., AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire small technical teams.
• Knowledge of spatial and 3D data visualization tools is a strong plus.
