OVERVIEW

Exploitt is an offensive security services and solutions provider company. We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our solutions team that builds out AI powered testing solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and application development, with experience in various programming languages and frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks (Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI, or Go).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Angular).
• Experience with message queues / event-driven systems .
• Familiarity with security tools/APIs a strong plus.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, LLM integration)
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure for deploying applications.
• Experience integrating enterprise agents/brokers for secure hybrid connectivity.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and resilience patterns.
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL or MySQL.

• Contribute to architecture decisions for a cloud-native, microservices-based platform.
• Build multi-tenant, highly available, and horizontally scalable systems.
• Build and scale APIs that support multi-tenant environments and enterprise-deployed brokers.
• Implement worker-based, event-driven processing pipelines to handle large-scale, parallelized scans and analyses.
• Optimize security, compliance, and data privacy in all parts of the stack.
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Design and manage databases using SQL, MySQL, or other database management systems.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with product, AI/ML, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable features.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
