About the role The Senior Full Stack Developer is a senior builder role accountable for designing, building and delivering end-to-end digital and AI solutions. You will take ownership of real business problems and turn them into working, production-grade systems—spanning front-end, back-end, data, and AI. This role extends HammondCare’s applied AI capability (focused on real workflows, safe usage, and production outcomes) into full-stack delivery and product ownership. Own the delivery of complex, multi-layer solutions spanning user interfaces, services, data, and AI Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments, defining problems and shaping practical, scalable solutions Ensure all solutions align with enterprise constraints, including governance, privacy, safety, and clinical standards Provide technical leadership through hands-on delivery, influencing outcomes and driving progress without relying on hierarchy Lead the development of end-to-end features and products, from design through to production Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions This is a fixed term contract for 22 months at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities. Data pipelines and AI workflows. AI platforms (Fabric, AI Foundry or equivalent). Proven ability to take AI from prototype to production Technical Skills: Front-end: React, TypeScript. Back-end: APIs, microservices. Data & scripting: Python (advanced). Experience with automation and workflow orchestration.
