Description

Humanz is a fast-growing startup in the AI-driven Influencer Marketing space. We develop an advanced SaaS platform that empowers creators and brands to collaborate efficiently, supported by AI models that analyze performance, generate insights, and optimize workflows. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take a leading role in designing and building core systems, driving architectural decisions, and improving development processes across our R&D team. This position comes with significant ownership and influence over technology, quality, and team culture. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex systems with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. Lead end-to-end feature development across the entire stack, from React UI to backend services Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and high-quality Code Reviews. Work closely with Product, Data, DevOps, and other developers to deliver robust and impactful features. Identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and continuously improve development workflows. Provide technical leadership: evaluate new technologies, Lead PoCs Requirements 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in backend and/or full-stack roles. Strong experience building scalable, high-availability systems. Solid understanding of distributed architectures, RESTful APIs, and modern development practices. Experience with databases — relational and/or NoSQL. Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred). Proven ability to conduct Code Reviews and contribute to development processes and architecture discussions. Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred). Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes — an advantage. Experience with Elasticsearch — a plus. Familiarity with web infrastructure, networking, and 3rd-party integrations (including Social Media APIs) — strong advantage. BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent experience. Nice to Have Experience as a Tech Lead or driving technical initiatives. Background working in product-oriented and data-driven environments.
