Our client is a leader in energy, sustainability, and telecoms management, helping over 2,000 businesses optimise costs, streamline operations, and deliver on carbon and climate commitments. Their technology powers smarter decisions for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
They are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team and drive the next generation of platforms and applications that underpin their business and client solutions. This role combines hands-on full-stack engineering with security-first practices, ensuring applications are not only high-performing but also resilient against evolving cyber threats.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in full stack development.
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Front-end: React, Angular or Vue, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Back-end: Node.js, .NET, or Java.
  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
  • API development and integrations.
  • Proven experience in secure coding practices, embedding security into the design, development, and deployment of applications.
  • Experience with security monitoring, logging, and vulnerability management tools, with the ability to detect and mitigate threats in real time.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-grade applications end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to design clean, secure, and scalable architectures.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Experience and skills with CRM platforms (A2, Salesforce, ACT or Monday.com).

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience with AI, renewable energy platforms, or sustainability-focused systems.
  • Exposure to tender/compliance processes.
Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL GO BEYOND TRADITIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO SHAPE THE DIGITAL BACKBONE OF HOW THE COMPANY SERVE CLIENTS AND INNOVATE IN ENERGY:

  • Lead the CRM transformation – redesign the system, integrate with A2, and explore tools like Monday.com.
  • Drive AI innovation – embed AI into A2, SmartView™, and other platforms while guiding secure employee use.
  • Build smarter onboarding and tender solutions – streamline client onboarding and strengthen IT security responses.
  • Transform data management – collate, clean, and prepare large datasets for seamless integration and reporting.
  • Create customer-focused SmartSolar tools – deliver engaging displays of solar and energy insights.
  • Enhance intranet and portals – improve templates, layouts, and user experience across internal systems.
  • Unlock A2 data with APIs – deliver powerful, custom-built reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expand our digital presence – contribute to the evolution of the company website and online platforms.
