• As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work in an agile, self-organized, and cross-functional team consisting of a Product Owner, developers, UX designers, and Scrum Master, together to continuously develop Lexware Office.
• You work independently - as the lead of a technical context, you actively drive its further development and support your team in implementing meaningful, robust and scalable technical solutions.
• You are responsible for solving complex, context-specific problems related to payment processing – from conception to implementation (end-to-end).
• You make system design decisions with foresight and pragmatism – always oriented towards relevance, not personal technology preferences.
• You are a mentor and sparring partner for the development team and actively promote knowledge transfer - silo thinking is not an option here!

Requirements

• You have at least 8 years of experience in full-stack development – ​​you know what you're doing and have proven it. You know Java, Spring Boot, and Docker inside and out, and you have solid practical experience in building, operating, and further developing microservices. You are also comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and know how to ensure quality using various test levels (unit, integration, load, etc.).
• You work independently and in a structured manner, and communicate clearly and confidently in all directions. You possess genuine leadership skills: You can drive, structure, and represent a technical topic externally.
• You use AI tools specifically to increase efficiency, you know their opportunities and risks - and you can apply this to both your own work and the needs of our customers.
• Ideally, you have already worked with React, Vue, MUI as well as AWS, Lambda and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and have knowledge of PSD2, subscription models, payment providers, payment processes and tenant separation - or you are curious enough to quickly learn.
• You think in domains, are ideally familiar with Domain Driven Design as a paradigm, and know how to develop solutions that are not only technically convincing but also inspire customers and UX teams.
