Description

What you'll be doingBuilding and evolving customer-facing web applications on a mature Java Spring codebase with Angular on the front end
Working in a cross-functional team alongside Product, UX and Design — not taking tickets off a backlog, but helping decide what gets built
Driving architectural decisions and pushing the platform toward a cleaner, more modular structure
Setting the technical bar through code review, testing and mentoring less experienced developers

What you'll need5+ years of professional Java development (Spring / Spring Boot, REST, JPA, SQL)
3+ years building production applications in Angular
Commercial experience within financial services or insurance — you understand why compliance, auditability and data integrity aren't negotiable
Fluent German (C1 or better) and solid English
Based in or within commuting distance of Frankfurt am Main
