This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer in India. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end digital solutions for high-impact eCommerce and marketplace platforms. You will work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. This position requires strong technical expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable, reliable, and user-friendly systems. You will have ownership of critical features, mentor fellow engineers, and contribute to the technical direction of projects. Your work will directly impact client success and the efficiency of global eCommerce platforms. \n Accountabilities: Develop full-stack solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, Java, PHP, and relevant frameworks. Translate business requirements and web designs into efficient, maintainable, and high-quality code. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate with internal and external systems, and manage databases such as SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Work collaboratively with distributed teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to deliver seamless digital experiences. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability. Contribute to software architecture, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development standards. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, SEO best practices, and adherence to security and compliance standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end (Node.js, Java, PHP) technologies. Experience in building and deploying scalable eCommerce and marketplace solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in version control tools (Git) and project management software (Jira). Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce) and integration of APIs, PIM, ERP, and OMS systems is a plus.
