Your Contribution Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the Affectli platform to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines. Participate in solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability. Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security. What makes you stand out Advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks. Solid understanding of web application development and RESTful API integrations. - Advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks. Additional experience considered a plus: Data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi). Dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI). BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable). You must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, with strong knowledge of frontend, backend, integrations, and workflow automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset, with a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor others.
