As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of both the front-end and back-end components of our applications. Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future. What you’ll do: Design, develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and shared application components. What we’re looking for: Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks. Proficiency in back-end technologies and databases. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Excellent understanding of version control management (e.g., Git). Proficient problem-solving and debugging skills. Proficient understanding of cloud infrastructure. Proven experience working with logging and networking issues on major applications. A seasoned and senior expert who leads the delivery of results through others and provides advice vertically and horizontally. Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance provided. A Team Leader who leads individual contributors who are experienced technical experts and/or leads medium sized operational teams. You can form annual prioritisation of work for yourself and your team, in support of the broader BU agenda. Ability to influence others to support long term strategic objectives at a Business and BU level. Ability to manage a budget and monitor spend for your area.
