JOB DESCRIPTION

A technology company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of both frontend and backend systems across our core web platform. You’ll be instrumental in building advanced features, optimizing infrastructure, and helping guide product evolution alongside a high-functioning leadership team. The ideal candidate is deeply proficient in the MERN stack and brings hands-on experience with smart contracts and decentralized technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience with full stack development using the MERN stack
• Solid understanding of system design, data modeling, and API development
• Production experience writing and deploying Solidity smart contracts
• Familiarity with Web3 protocols, EVMs, wallets, and contract integration
• Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and modern development tooling
• Strong sense of accountability and autonomy
• Previous leadership or team mentorship experience is a plus
• Experience working in a mission-driven or early-stage environment is a bonus

  Pay: $250,000.00 per year

• Lead architecture and development of scalable full stack systems using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
• Build, test, and deploy responsive user interfaces and seamless backend services
• Collaborate with product and design to implement clean, intuitive experiences
• Integrate and interact with blockchain infrastructure [Solidity, Ethereum-compatible chains, etc.]
• Write and maintain smart contracts with security and performance in mind
• Help plan and execute major feature launches and iterations
• Guide junior devs and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative engineering culture
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment
