REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years building web, mobile-web, or hybrid mobile applications, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and independence.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong Computer Science and Software Engineering background.

Proven experience in architecting and building highly scalable RESTful web services and APIs.

• Advanced expertise in * & *.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6 and higher).
• In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks such as * (1-4), React, *, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystands systems.

• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, other engineers, and customer success teams to build the best user experience, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Drive technical innovation and improvements across the development team.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in and influence all phases of the development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Advocate for and implement continuous improvement in the development processes and practices.
