We are an Athens-based startup building a global tech ecosystem that combines FinTech, Logistics, and a next-generation B2B Marketplace platform. Our vision is to create scalable digital infrastructure that connects businesses, payments, and logistics into one powerful platform used internationally. As we scale our technology and expand globally, we are looking for Senior Full Stack and Senior Front-End Developers who want to help build the core systems of a fast-growing product from the ground up. You will work with modern technologies, solve real engineering challenges, and play a key role in shaping the architecture of a platform designed to operate at global scale. 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Full Stack or Frontend Development Expert-level knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript Strong experience with Node.js (for Full Stack role) Experience building and consuming REST APIs Strong knowledge of HTML5, modern CSS, responsive design Experience with Tailwind CSS Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database design Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or similar) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of modern e-commerce architectures and payment integrations Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO best practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX implementation skills Fluent in English & Greek Design and develop scalable backend APIs using Node.js and TypeScript Develop modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js Implement pixel-perfect UI designs from Figma mockups Build reusable frontend components and scalable architectures Work closely with design and product teams to create exceptional user experiences Implement state management solutions and API integrations Develop and maintain modern web platforms and e-commerce systems Optimize application performance, scalability, and frontend performance Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical direction
