An Enterprise organization is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation initiative to deliver simpler, more efficient, and user-focused digital services. This initiative is focused on modernizing platforms, improving service delivery, and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions through the use of modern engineering standards, agile delivery practices, and human-centered design. The digital delivery team operates as a centralized capability, partnering with multiple business units to design, build, and maintain high-impact enterprise platforms and products. These solutions support critical functions such as identity and access management, secure transactions, and digital service enablement across the organization. Tasks Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions for enterprise platforms and digital products Implement and support data systems and databases aligned with enterprise architecture standards Apply security best practices and ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments Monitor application performance, identify issues, and proactively resolve performance and security risks Continuously improve systems by modernizing technologies, reducing technical debt, and addressing vulnerabilities Maintain development artifacts, technical documentation, and process standards Contribute to agile ceremonies and support iterative, user-centered delivery approaches Requirements Strong experience in full stack application development Solid understanding of modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud-based architectures Experience working in agile, product-focused delivery environments Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise compliance requirements Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
