About the Role - Full Stack Developer We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in building complex software solutions within an Agile team environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation and is skilled in the latest web and backend technologies, particularly in developing and deploying scalable applications using Python and JavaScript frameworks. Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience working as a full stack developer on complex software solutions in an Agile team environment and developing web applications using current technologies such as single-page application frameworks.
• 5 years of experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and/or React and backend frameworks such as Node.js and Express.js.
• 2+ years of experience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases.
• 2+ years of experience working with teams that also apply UX design, Service Design, design thinking, or human-centred design approaches.
• 2+ years of experience with design patterns, software architecture, and performance optimization.
• 2+ years experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Firebase).
• 5 years experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
• 5 years experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless computing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
