• Lead and contribute to feature development across backend and frontend systems.
• Work across multiple codebases, making architectural decisions that support scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to build and refine features.
• Solve complex bugs and implement efficient, reliable fixes.
• Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and observability.
