About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on developing high-quality, robust, and scalable software solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including Europe and Thailand. What you do Develop robust and scalable software using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and Angular, ensuring code quality and maintainability by adhering to SOLID principles and established code patterns. Implement unit tests using JUnit for reliability and functionality, manage databases with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and utilize Kubernetes and AWS Cloud services. Use Jenkins or GitHub actions for continuous integration and deployment, develop and maintain micro-frontends architecture, and conduct E2E testing using Playwright or Selenium. Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements, support the QA team in test automation, and actively drive standardization and optimization of software development processes. Develop best practices to improve productivity, writing solution codes using programming principles, tools, and techniques, while collaborating with scrum team members across global locations. Lead, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software, enhancing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness, identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, participating in CI/CD, and mentoring junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and guidance. What you bring Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Jenkins, Angular, TypeScript and micro-frontends. Strong understanding of SOLID principles and code patterns, with experience in unit testing frameworks like JUnit and testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright. Familiarity with development tools like IntelliJ, Git, Jira, and Confluence, and a well-rounded UX/UI professional who connects business needs, innovation, and good design. Experienced in driving user experiences from start-to-finish, delivering results that connect emotionally, with a passion for user-centered design practices and attention to detail. Skilled in creating and revising information architecture documents and diagrams, including content maps, wireframes, comprehensive diagrams, and static prototypes, while staying informed about UX/UI trends. Fluent in responsive design and mobile/tablet UI UX, willing to collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and learn from others. At least 5 years as a Senior member in an Agile development squad, with proven results in E2E delivery of backend and frontend solutions, and excellent command of spoken and written English.
