Description

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Quarkus, or other modern backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proven ability to lead and mentor software engineers. Strong knowledge of software design principles, clean architecture, and modern development methodologies. Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog). Familiarity with serverless architectures and event streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub). Background in platform engineering or DevSecOps - knowledge of Jenkins, and GitHub actions.
