About 70% of your focus will be backend and 30% frontend. You will work hands-on across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, contributing directly to a platform that enables partner-driven growth at scale. This role is for engineers who take ownership, think in systems, and enjoy shipping production-ready solutions in high-growth environments. Responsibilities Design and build scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture. Develop and maintain distributed systems with a focus on availability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to plan and deliver high-impact projects. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on long-term scalability. Integrate AI into development workflows, including coding, testing, and monitoring. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices. Take ownership of features from design through production and ongoing optimization. Qualifications 5-8+ years of full stack software engineering experience with PHP, Laravel, and Angular. Strong experience with distributed systems and scalable backend architecture. Familiarity with AI tools/workflows to support development. Comfortable collaborating within agile teams and working in a high-autonomy environment. Experience working with a global team (you will work Polish hours for this role). Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, precision, and ownership in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multitask, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and wear multiple hats.
